Introduction to legal codes, regulations, financial and environmental context that affect architecture and influence design are evaluated. Design delivery and project and firm management are studied, including understanding the client role in architecture, program preparation, an analysis of documents, services, professional contracts and fees, project budget and cost estimating, global markets, and professional ethics. Development of portfolio for capstone project. Lecture.
