AVFX 320 Figure and Animation Drawing
This is an intermediate studio course in figure drawing and onsite drawing of a wide variety of animals at the Los Angeles Zoo, LA Equestrian Center, Griffith Park Dog Park, Gene Autry Museum as well as drawing wild animals. Emphasis is on continuing refinement of anatomical knowledge combined with use of line, modeling in light, and composition to develop an expressive and personal style. This course is designed to support students in the development of a professional portfolio that meets industry standards. Studio. Prerequisite: FOUN 105, Introduction to Figure Drawing.
